Rock am Ring and Rock im Park keep building next year’s bill. The festivals have now revealed their second line-up wave for 2027, confirming 24 new acts. That brings the total to 50 bands confirmed for the festival weekend on 4–6 June 2027 at the Nürburgring.
Metalcore, electronic rock and post-hardcore lead the way
The second wave is topped by metalcore pioneers Killswitch Engage, electronic rock giants Pendulum, Ukrainian metal band Jinjer, and post-hardcore icons Sleeping With Sirens.
More defining names in international metalcore, emo and post-hardcore join the bill, including Silverstein, The Devil Wears Prada and The Amity Affliction. The next generation of modern heavy music is represented by Holding Absence, Novelists, Currents and From Ashes to New.
For uncompromising hardcore there’s Guilt Trip and SPEED, while Betontod, Alexander Marcus and TBS add their own musical flavour. Rounding out the wave are As December Falls, Cenobia, Clutch, Haywire, Highly Suspect, Mittel Alta, Showing Teeth and The Pretty Wild.
