We built Festivalmate because we were tired of screenshots of running orders, group chats where nobody could find anything and spreadsheets for splitting costs. Here’s how to get started.

1. Pick your festival

Find the festival in the app. The lineup is there as soon as the bands are announced – we keep an eye on the festivals and update automatically, even when bands cancel or switch days.

2. Save your favourites

Browse the lineup and add the bands you want to see to your schedule. Before the running order is out, you’ll see the bands in a list; when days and times arrive, they’re sorted in automatically.

3. Spot clashes instantly

If two of your bands are playing at the same time, it’s flagged. That way you can make up your mind calmly instead of in front of the stage.

4. Invite your crew

Create a crew and invite your friends. You’ll see each other’s schedules and know when you can go together.

5. Packing list and costs

You get a shared packing list where everyone can see what’s sorted, and a place to add shared expenses. The app works out who owes whom when the weekend is over.

6. Get reminders

Turn on notifications and the app reminds you before your bands go on – handy when time slips away at the campsite.

Open the app and pick your first festival.
