Rio Loco is a recurring music festival in Toulouse, France, held since 1995. The festival focuses on world music and contemporary musicians, presenting a diverse mix of genres alongside visual art, family performing arts and DJ sets. The festival takes place at Prairie des Filtres, a 6-hectare park in central Toulouse by the Garonne river.
