Pispala Schottische Festival is one of Northern Europe's largest folk dance festivals, held in Tampere. The festival presents international and domestic folk dance and folk music artists during an intense festival week with concerts, dance and cultural encounters. It is a significant meeting place for folk dance enthusiasts from around the world and part of the international CIOFF network.
