Paléo Festival is Switzerland's largest open-air festival and has been held annually in Nyon since 1976. The festival offers a broad music programme across several stages and genres, mixed with circus, street art and other performing arts. It is run as a non-profit association with the support of thousands of volunteers and is known as one of Europe's leading major festivals.
