Gåte are a Norwegian band from Trøndelag who blend Norwegian folk music with metal and electronica, sometimes described as progressive folk rock. The band was put together by Sveinung Sundli in 2000, with his sister Gunnhild Sundli on vocals, among others. Gåte represented Norway at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with the song "Ulveham".
