Beherit

Beherit is a Finnish black metal band from Rovaniemi, formed in 1989. The band was founded with the ambition to play the most primitive and raw black metal imaginable, and through its uncommercial music and stage expression has built up a cult following.

Beherit is considered a pioneer of the genre, with a musical expression that, besides the raw sound, also contains avant-garde elements and a strong emphasis on atmosphere.
