Radera ditt Festivalmate-konto

Du kan när som helst radera ditt konto i Festivalmate-appen (Android, iOS och webb på app.festivalmate.se). Raderingen är permanent och kan inte ångras.

Radera i appen

  1. Öppna Festivalmate och logga in.
  2. Tryck på Konto i menyn längst ner.
  3. Scrolla längst ner och tryck på Ta bort konto.
  4. Äger du ett crew väljer du vem som tar över det.
  5. Bekräfta med ditt lösenord och tryck på Radera mitt konto permanent.

Kommer du inte in i appen?

Mejla hello@festivalmate.se från e-postadressen du registrerade dig med och skriv ”Radera mitt konto”. Vi raderar kontot och bekräftar via e-post inom 30 dagar.

Det här raderas

  • Ditt konto och din inloggning (e-postadress och lösenord)
  • Din profil och ditt visningsnamn
  • Ditt schema, dina valda spelningar och favoriter (festivaler och artister)
  • Dina crew-medlemskap, vänskaper och inbjudningar
  • Dina egna inköpslistor och dina push-notistoken

Det här sparas

  • Saker du lagt till i ett crews gemensamma inköpslista finns kvar för de andra i crewet, men utan koppling till dig.
  • Crew du äger förs över till den medlem du väljer. Crew utan andra medlemmar raderas.
  • Raderade uppgifter kan finnas kvar i våra säkerhetskopior i högst 30 dagar innan de skrivs över.

Delete your Festivalmate account

You can delete your account at any time in the Festivalmate app (Android, iOS and web at app.festivalmate.se). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Festivalmate and sign in.
  2. Tap Account in the bottom menu.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. If you own a crew, choose who takes it over.
  5. Confirm with your password and tap Permanently delete my account.

Can’t access the app?

Email hello@festivalmate.se from the email address you signed up with and write “Delete my account”. We delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account and login (email address and password)
  • Your profile and display name
  • Your schedule, picked sets and favorites (festivals and artists)
  • Your crew memberships, friendships and invites
  • Your own shopping lists and your push notification tokens

What is kept

  • Items you added to a crew’s shared shopping list remain for the other crew members, but are no longer linked to you.
  • Crews you own are transferred to the member you choose. Crews with no other members are deleted.
  • Deleted data may remain in our backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.

1. Tjänsten

Festivalmate är en tjänst som drivs av Hjältebyrån AB (org.nr 559144-4665), med säte i Sverige. Tjänsten hjälper festivalbesökare att planera sina scheman, koordinera med vänner och dela inköpslistor.

2. Användarkonto

Du ansvarar för att hålla dina inloggningsuppgifter hemliga. Du får inte dela ditt konto med andra. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att stänga konton som missbrukas. Du kan när som helst radera ditt konto.

3. Personuppgifter (GDPR)

Vi samlar in och behandlar följande personuppgifter:

  • E-postadress (för inloggning och kommunikation)
  • Visningsnamn (valfritt, du väljer själv)
  • Festivalschema och favoriter (dina val i appen)
  • Crew-information och inköpslistor (delade med ditt crew)

Rättslig grund: avtal (tjänstens utförande) och berättigat intresse. Vi säljer aldrig dina uppgifter till tredje part. Data lagras på servrar inom EU (Supabase/AWS).

Du har rätt att begära utdrag, rättelse eller radering av dina uppgifter. Kontakta oss på hello@festivalmate.se.

4. Lagring

Dina inställningar (språk, valuta) och kontouppgifter lagras i vår databas (Supabase/AWS, EU-region). Uppgifterna sparas så länge du har ett konto och raderas när du raderar kontot. Inga spårningscookies används.

5. Prissättning och framtida betalfunktioner

Festivalmate är för närvarande helt gratis att använda. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att i framtiden låsa vissa funktioner bakom en betalvägg eller erbjuda prenumerationsbaserade tillägg. Befintliga användare meddelas i god tid via e-post eller notis i appen innan sådana ändringar träder i kraft.

6. Innehåll och uppförande

Du ansvarar för innehåll du publicerar i appen. Det är inte tillåtet att använda tjänsten för olagliga ändamål, att trakassera andra användare eller att försöka komma åt andras konton.

7. Ansvarsbegränsning

Tjänsten tillhandahålls ”som den är”. Hjältebyrån AB ansvarar inte för eventuella avbrott, dataförluster eller skador som uppstår i samband med användning av tjänsten.

8. Ändringar

Vi kan uppdatera dessa villkor. Vid väsentliga ändringar informeras du via e-post eller notis i appen. Fortsatt användning efter ändringar innebär att du accepterar de nya villkoren.

Terms and Privacy Policy

1. The service

Festivalmate is a service operated by Hjältebyrån AB (Swedish reg. no. 559144-4665), based in Sweden. The service helps festival-goers plan their schedules, coordinate with friends and share shopping lists.

2. User account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to close accounts that are misused. You can delete your account at any time.

3. Personal data (GDPR)

We collect and process the following personal data:

  • Email address (for login and communication)
  • Display name (optional, chosen by you)
  • Festival schedule and favorites (your choices in the app)
  • Crew information and shopping lists (shared with your crew)

Legal basis: contract (performance of the service) and legitimate interest. We never sell your data to third parties. Data is stored on servers within the EU (Supabase/AWS).

You have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your data. Contact us at hello@festivalmate.se.

4. Storage

Your settings (language, currency) and account data are stored in our database (Supabase/AWS, EU region). The data is kept for as long as you have an account and is deleted when you delete your account. No tracking cookies are used.

5. Pricing and future paid features

Festivalmate is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription-based add-ons in the future. Existing users will be notified in advance by email or in-app notice before any such changes take effect.

6. Content and conduct

You are responsible for content you post in the app. It is not permitted to use the service for illegal purposes, to harass other users or to attempt to access other accounts.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Hjältebyrån AB is not responsible for any interruptions, data loss or damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes, you will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
